Our objective at Turpin Wholesale, Inc. is to provide value to our distributors with superior customer service, technical support, marketing support, and a full inventory of the lines we wholesale.

Incorporated in 1999, Turpin Wholesale, Inc. was originally founded to provide a resource for small to medium sized distributors who were unable to stock heavy, bulky products in their warehouses. Since then we’ve stocked, packed and shipped our customers the products their customers need quickly, safely and at very competitive prices.
Gratefully, reception to our services was tremendous and the business grew! In 2000 we moved from our original 800 sq.ft. warehouse in Northborough, MA to our new site in West Springfield, MA. We now have an 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse that is equipped with a state-of-the-art conveyor system that allows us to handle and ship everything from a 55 gallon drum to complicated machinery.

Turpin Wholesale, Inc. continually emphasizes the need for properly trained and well educated staff. Our current service and sales staff averages over 17+ years experience in the industry and each member has been factory-trained on all products we carry.
We willingly pass this training on to our distributors. Our current facility includes a technical training center that is available to customers and distributors. It is a hands-on facility where machines, cutting tools, coolants, lubricant, fans and toolboxes may be viewed and demonstrated. We also provide our clients and staff conference room space for classroom style learning. This includes in-house training and customer education to our distributors.

The facilities at Turpin Wholesale, Inc. allow us to ship UPS, LTL truck and full load shipments. Our staff takes special care in packaging awkward, easily damaged items. We reinforce all toolbox shipments to prevent loss or damages. We are also certified to ship HazMat. Our facility’s central location in West Springfield allows us to provide next-day service to all of New England, New York and Pennsylvania and second-day service to points south.

Our marketing department produces special flyers, and customized flyers. A catalog style promotional flyer with all product lines is issued 3 times a year. This flyer is imprinted for distributors, and provides them with a promotional tool for minimal price and production cost. In addition, pdf formatted files of selected product collateral sheets are also available to distributors and end users on this website.
